We gladly accept Returns/Exchanges of merchandise purchased from VirtualBeachShoppe.com, if returned WITHIN 14 days from DATE ORIGINALLY RECEIVED and IN THE SAME CONDITION as originally purchased.

The following Procedures MUST be followed:

*Immediately EMAIL us at VirtualBeachShoppe@gmail.com within 14 DAYS of RECEIPT of ITEM
*Include DETAILED REASON for Return/Exchange in your email
*Pack item in original packaging, when available

*Send item to Address given in responding email

*Customer to Pay for RETURN SHIPPING (unreimbursed unless item NOT as described/pictured)
*Please supply us with Tracking number via Email: VirtualBeachShoppe@gmail.com
*PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR RESPONSE TO YOUR EMAIL.
*PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR REIMBURSEMENT AFTER RETURN SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.
AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF INITIAL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST WITH FURTHER INFORMATION, QUESTIONS, AND/OR RETURN SHIPPING MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION.
*In the case of exchanges, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS AFTER YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED FOR EXCHANGE SHIPMENT TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU.
